Jacques is a sort of sound sculptor who uses a multitude of instruments
to create very simple contemporary musical portraits. He is a former
Roland synthesizer contest first prize winner at the age of 25, out of
750 entries from 22 countries.
This album is a tribute to musicians like Duke Ellington, Jaco
Pastorius and George Duke. It was created in Jacques' basement, where
he played most of the tracks.
